Since the chancellor announced stamp duty for buy to let would increase by 3% from April, would-be landlords have been rushing to get themselves a deal to avoid this extra cost. 

In addition applications from limited companies are also on the up. Various lenders such as Aldermore have reduced rates and removed fees on limited company mortgage applications.
