0% Leeds mortgages for 95% are now available.
The Leeds Welcome mortgage was launched last month offering buyers 0% interest for between 3 and 6 months.
At launch the Leeds mortgage range included just two deals which were a 3 year fix at 3.79% and a 5 year fix at 4.23%
Customer demand was high and the lender extended the range to include a 2 year fixed rate mortgage for 80% LTV, with the rate reverting to 4.99% after the agreed interest free term.
To enable more buyers to gain access to these deal the Leeds mortgage range has been updated once again and mortgages are on offer for up to 95% LTV. Fees are set at £799 however a standard valuation of up to £335 is included.
