Cuts have been made to its 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate range for LTV’s of 60% and 65%.
For instance, the 2 year fix for up to 60% LTV is now offered at 1.59%, instead of 1.79%.
Following the removal of the processing fee on its residential mortgages, Accord have also waived the cost of processing on its buy to let range.
