BM Solutions launch new low rate buy to let mortgage 'exclusives' through Deal Direct.

With the news that the buy to let rental market is booming, you may be considering taking on a mortgage to invest in property.

With most buy to let deals fees are charged at up to 2.5% of the mortgage advance, on these products the lender charges an application fee set at just £995. This makes a great deal of difference to how much you will have to pay out when buying your investment property.
