First time buyers are set to benefit from the release of new 'special' low rate - high LTV deals from Clydesdale Bank.

The lender is releasing new 'exclusive' lower deposit deals aimed specifically at first timers. These deals are not available direct from Clydesdale, they are only offered through a limited number of brokers such as Deal Direct.
From Monday 07 April first time buyers will have access to a new range of 3 year fixes available for up to 95% LTV. In addition to low rates buyers also get the added bonus of no arrangement fee.
With MMR rule changes coming into force from 26 April you are recommended to act without delay. Acting sooner rather than later will mean jumping through fewer hoops to get through the application process.
