Coventry cuts intermediary mortgage rates.
Coventry BS has announced that its mortgage rates have fallen through broker channels.
On offer from the lender are various new reduced rate, low fee residential mortgages. Deals include offsets and fixed rates starting from 2.09% from 65% LTV.
Product highlights include a 2 year fixed rate mortgage for up to 65% LTV at 2.09% with a £199 booking fee and no arrangement fee.
In addition a 5 year fixed rate mortgage is available at 2.99% also for 65% LTV, fees are set slightly higher. £199 booking fee is charged along with a £300 arrangement.
A Flexx for Term deal is also offered by Coventry BS for 65% LTV with a variable mortgage rate of 2.09%. A £199 booking fee and a £300 arrangement fee are charged.
In addition a variable Offset Flexx for Term mortgage rate is available at 2.29% for up to 65% LTV. The fees are the same as for the previous deal, at £199 and £300 for the booking and arrangement fee respectively.
