Clydesdale and Yorkshire cuts its first time buyer mortgage rates.
Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks has announced first time buyer mortgage rates have been reduced at 95% loan to value.
If you have a small 5% deposit then the lender is offering a rate of 5.49%, which has been cut by 1%. It is a deal aimed at the first time buyer market, and in addition to reducing its mortgage rates the lender is also offering a free valuation and is not charging any arrangement fee.
