Halifax release low rate mortgage 'specials' through Deal Direct.
From today several Halifax 2 year fixed rate mortgage 'exclusives' are available through independent broker Deal Direct.
The rates have been set low and start from 1.79% for both those looking to purchase new property or remortgage their existing home.
None of the deals are advertised online, and to gain access to these new low rates offers you need to call 0800 048 8828 and speak to an adviser.
New purchase 2 year fixed rate highlights:
- For 60% LTV the rate offered is 1.79% with a £1,499 fee.
- For 60% LTV the rate offered is 1.89% with a £999 fee.
- For 85% LTV the rate offered is 3.29% with a £999 fee. (excludes new build property)
- For 85% - 90% LTV the rate offered is 4.49% with a £999 fee.
Remortgage 2 year fixed rate highlights:
- For 60% LTV the rate offered is 1.79% with a £1,499 fee.
- For 60% LTV the rate offered is 1.89% with a £999 fee.
- For 85% LTV the rate offered is 3.29% with a £999 fee.
Halifax offer free legals to remortgaging home-owners using its appointed conveyancer, those choosing their own conveyancer are required to pay their own fee.
