Low deposit NatWest mortgage deals are released.
The NatWest mortgage range has been refreshed and updated with the addition of lower deposit offers.
The new NatWest mortgage range includes several new products up to 90% loan to value, which is good news for lower deposit buyers.
The lender has also added competitive fixed and tracker mortgage deals to its range and has released various new mortgage incentives to attract customers.
The incentives include a cashback offer of up to £250 for applicants who hold a NatWest or RBS current account.
Several new 2 year fixes have also been launched at varying LTVs. If you have a large deposit of 40% or above a 2 year fix is offered at 2.99% with fees of £999. A 2 year tracker is also on offer at 3.19% for the same LTV with a fee and a fee free rate is on offer at 3.80%.
NatWest has also released the lowest ever 5 year fixed rate for 60% LTV which is available at 2.95% if you have 40% deposit or equity. A high fee is however charged which could mean overall it is not the cheapest offer currently available.
For those with a lower 10% deposit NatWest are also offering various mortgage options. A 2 year fixed rate is offered at 5.95% with a £995 fee and a 5 year fix is available with the same fee at 6.19%.
The lender has also advised that NatWest mortgage deals are available on an interest only basis up to 75% LTV.
