NatWest rates have risen across its higher deposit mortgage range.
NatWest Intermediary Solutions has introduced rate increases across its high LTV residential mortgage range.
NatWest’s 2 year fixed rate mortgage for up to 60% LTV has increased from 2.29% to 2.34%. Its 2 year deal for up to 70% LTV has increased from 2.34% to 2.39%, and its 75% LTV deal has increased from 2.42% to 2.51%.
In addition to increasing rates on its 2 year deals the lender has also increased rates on its 5 year deals.
For 60% LTV its 5 year fix with a £995 arrangement fee has increased from 2.19% to 2.23% and its fee free deal has increased from 2.78% to 2.90%.
The lender’s trackers have also not been immune from a rate increase, with its 2 year deal for up to 60% now set at 2.24%, and for up to 70% LTV set at 2.41%.
Buy to let criteria has also been updated by the lender with the acceptance of mortgage applications for properties where selective licensing arrangements are in place. This is provided there are no problems or issues which has been highlighted during the valuation.
