Teachers BS cuts mortgage rates across its 2 year fixed range.
The Teachers BS has announced that mortgage rates have been cut on some of its 2 year fixed rate deals.
A 2 year fixed fee free discount variable mortgage, is now on offer at 2.19% which has been reduced from 2.89%. In addition its standard 2 year fixed has also fallen in price.
Teachers Building Society has cut its 2-year fee-free discounted variable remortgage for 85% LTV from 2.89% to 2.19%. In addition the lender has also reduced its standard 2 year fixed rate mortgage for 75% from 2.99% to 2.39%.
For those with a smaller 5% deposit a longer term mortgage is now on offer at 5.79%. Its 95% LTV product at 5.79% was originally offered over a 3 year term, this period has been extended to 5 years offering an extra level of security and peace of mind.
