Yorkshire BS launches lower rate deals for smaller deposit buyers.

The Yorkshire Building Society has announced the launch of new low rate mortgages for buyers with just 10% as a house deposit.

Included in the lender’s refreshed range is a 2 year fixed rate deal for up to 90% LTV at 2.59%. The deal comes with a fee set at £845.

For those with a smaller 5% deposit, the lender is offering a 5 year fix for up to 95% at 3.88%, this deal also comes with a £845 fee.

In addition for buyers wanting a fee free deal, the lender is offering a 2 year deal for 90% LTV at 2.89%. Successful applicants will receive a free valuation and £250 on completion.

A 95% LTV 2 year fix is also on offer with the same terms at 4.19%.
