5 year fixed rate mortgage deals from Coventry Building Society.
A new range of 5 year fixed rate mortgage deals have recently been launched by the Coventry Building Society. New mortgage rates launched start as low as 3.99 %.
The new 5 year fixed rate mortgage range includes offsets, buy-to-lets and base rate trackers. A range of fee free options are also included.
The Coventry's new range includes a 5 year fixed rate deal for up to 65 % LTV which is offered at a rate of 3.99 per cent. The deal comes with an £800 arrangement fee and a £199 booking fee. A fee free option is also available which is offered for 65 % LTV at a rate of 4.19 %, a £199 booking fee will be charged however.
A new Coventry 5 year tracker has also been launched at 3.50 % which is base rate plus 3.00 % and is available up to 65 % LTV. This deal has an £800 arrangement fee and a £199 booking fee. An arrangement fee free tracker option is also available offered for 65 % LTV at a rate of 4.00 % which is base rate plus 3.50 %, a £199 booking fee will be charged.
A 5 year offset flexx for term option is also available at 4.35 % for up to 65 % LTV which has a £199 booking fee but no arrangement fee or early repayment charge.
Colin Franklin who is the sales and marketing director of the Coventry has said that yet again the lender is back offering more choice to mortgage borrowers.
