Accord mortgage 7 days 'specials' are announced from just 1.99%
New Accord mortgages have been launched on a limited availability basis.
The lender has just announced that 8 new mortgages have been added to its range with rates from just 1.99%.
These are mortgage 'specials' which are only available up until Friday June 28 at 8pm.
The lender is offering various new Accord fixed rate mortgage deals. A standard 2 year fix is available for up to 75% loan to value at at 1.99%, an offset version of this mortgage is also on offer at 2.19%.
For those with a smaller 20% deposit a 2 year fixed Accord mortgage is on offer at 2.24% for up to 80% loan to value. An offset version is also on offer at 2.44%.
For added security Accord offer a standard 3 year fixed rate mortgage for up to 75% loan to value at 2.14% and an offset version for the same LTV at 2.34%.
Once again smaller deposit buyers are also catered for, a 3 year fix is also on offer for 80% loan to value at 2.39%, the offset version is priced at 2.59%.
Product fees for these 7 days specials are set at £1,845.
