Barclays has become the latest lender to join the Help to Buy mortgage scheme with deals starting from 5.35%.
Mortgages are available for both first time buyers AND home-movers, on both new build AND existing property. In addition Barclays also advises that its mortgages are product fee free.
Range highlights include:
- A 3 year fixed rate for between 90% & 95% LTV at 5.35%.
- A 5 year fixed rate for between 90% & 95% LTV at 5.49%.
