Starting from today 02 October, Skipton Intermediaries has a 7 day mortgage sale aimed exclusively at first time buyers looking to climb on the property ladder.
The lender advises that its new range of low rate deals has been launched in an effort to get more buyers on the property ladder with an affordable mortgage.
Deals are limited however and so new buyers need to be quick to get themselves an offer.
According to the lender mortgages will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis, and there are just 250 lower rate mortgages to be had.
First time mortgages are available for up to 90% LTV for fixed rate terms of 2 and 5 years, there is no product fee to pay and £250 cashback is offered to each successful applicant.
