Fee free Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank mortgage launched.
A new Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank mortgage has been launched which offers first time buyers a fee free deal.
With the end of stamp duty first time buyers are experiencing higher costs when purchasing a home. The fee free Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank mortgage therefore offers much needed help through reduced costs.
The newly launched fee free offer now means a cost saving of £599 for those first time buyers who are accepted for the lender's 95% and 90% loan to value mortgage deals.
Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank advise that they remain committed to helping would-be buyers make a first step onto the housing ladder. They advise that mortgage rates have also been reduced for first time buyers, deals are now offered at a rate of 5.99% for 95% LTV and 4.99% for 90% LTV.
Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank are currently offering a 3 year fixed rate mortgage at 5.99% for 95% LTV and 4.99% for 90% LTV. Those first time buyers fortunate enough to have a larger deposit will also have access to the fee free offer across the lender's full range of residential mortgages.
