Coventry BS offers flexible mortgage deals from 2.65%.
A new range of competitive flexible mortgage deals have been launched by the Coventry BS.
Included in the lender's new Flexx range are 3 year fixed rate deals and flex for term deals with rates starting as low as 2.65%.
The difference between a standard mortgage and a Flexx is the flexibility of overpayments with no early repayment charges. With Coventry's Flexx for term mortgage deals a cap is in place, which means that the rate charged will not rise above a certain level.
Mortgage highlights include:
- 3 year Flexx for term - 65% LTV at 2.65% with a 2.9% cap with no ERC.
- 3 year Flexx for term - 85% LTV at 3.75% with a 4.0% cap with no ERC.
The arrangement fee is £800 and the booking fee £199.
- A 3 year fixed rate Flexx deal for 65% LTV at 2.75% with no ERC.
- A 3 year fixed rate Flexx deal for 85% LTV at 3.85% with no ERC.
The arrangement fee is £500 and the booking fee £199.
First time buyer offer for Coventry BS members:
- A 3 year fixed rate Flexx deal for 90% LTV at 4.19% with no ERC.
There is a £199 booking fee but no arrangement fee.
As well as no mortgage arrangement fee, successful first time mortgage applicants will receive £500 in Ikea vouchers.
