Leeds BS release a 10 year Help to Buy deal.
A new longer term Help to Buy mortgage is now available, fixed for 10 years this mortgage is on offer from the Leeds Building Society.
The deal is available for up to 95% LTV at a rate of 4.99%, and is launched in partnership with Barratt Developments. The fee charged is £499 which is made up of a £199 booking fee and a £300 completion fee.
In addition the lender has also launched a Help to Buy Welcome Mortgage where interest payments are deferred for the first 6 months. The rate on this new deal is 5.16% for those deferring paying interest for 3 months and 5.34% for those deferring interest for 6 months. The fee charged is just £199 as there is no completion fee to pay.
A standard 10 year fixed Welcome Mortgage has also been added to the Leeds range.
