Leeds Building Society has announced the release of a 2 year fixed rate mortgage as part of its Help to Buy range.
For those buyers with just 5% as a deposit, the lender is offering a Help to Buy deal at just 2.50%. With a rate set so low it is likely to prove a highly popular product with lower deposit buyers.
The new mortgage is on offer from today, and it comes with the incentive of £335 cashback. A fee is charged, however it is set at just £199.
