The Leeds Building Society has announced the release of a new cash back mortgage for borrowers with a 20% deposit.
The lender's new 3 year fix comes with £1000 cash back, and has the added incentive of a free standard valuation along with fee assisted legal services for remortgaging home-owners.
As well as a competitive low rate set at 3.24%, the fee is low too at £1.99.
The lender advises that penalty free overpayments of up to 10% are allowed each year, and in the first year the £1000 cash back offered could be used to reduce the mortgage advance.
