Leeds BS releases new fixed remortgage rates from just 2.04%
The Leeds Building Society has just announced the launch of a new range of fixed rate remortgage deals with rates starting from 2.04%.
For existing home-owners looking to remortgage new 2 and 3 year fixed rates are now on offer.
In addition remortgage incentives are available in the form of free in-house legals and a free standard valuation. The maximum loan size is £500,000 and fees are charged at £999.
Leeds remortgage rate highlights include:
- A 2 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 2.04%.
- A 2 year fix for up to 75% LTV at 2.24%.
- A 2 year fix for up to 80% LTV at 2.49%.
- A 3 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 2.70%.
- A 3 year fix for up to 80% LTV at 2.99%.
The Leeds advises with its new deals, remortgage holders may make penalty free 10% capital repayments each year.
