Leeds launches new fixed rate buy-to-let remortgage deals.
The Leeds BS is targeting existing landlords with a new range of buy-to-let remortgages.
Two new fee free deals are on offer for landlords with 30% equity. A 2 year fix is available at 3.04% and a 5 year fix at 3.49%. Both products come with fee assisted legals and a free valuation on properties up to £500,000.
With changes to tax relief set to make owning buy to let property less lucrative, lenders are reacting by cutting rates. With a price war on between lenders trying to attract landlords with lower rate offers, there are deals to be had.
