Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank has announced the release of several new mortgage deals, some of which are specifically aimed at first time buyers.
If you have just 10% as a deposit then the lender has a 3 year fixed rate mortgage for up to 90% LTV at 3.99%. For those with a slightly smaller 5% deposit a 3 year fix for 95% LTV is offered at 4.99%.
An added incentive with these new lower deposit mortgage products is they come with £500 cashback upon completion.
For those with larger deposits rates start at just over 2%.
If you have a large 40% deposit a 2 year fixed rate mortgage is available for 60% LTV at 2.19%. For those with a smaller deposit who are looking for an increased level of mortgage security, a 5 year fix is on offer for 70% LTV at 3.39%. Mortgage arrangement fees have been set at £999.
If you want to save on upfront costs and are looking for a fee free option then the Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank has various new products to choose from. Included in its fee free range is a 2 year fix for up to 60% LTV at 2.69% and a 5 year fix for the same LTV at 3.59%.
