Saffron BS releases new low deposit mortgage deals through intermediaries.
The Saffron BS mortgage range has been enhanced by the addition of two new low deposit mortgage deals.

First time buyers and second steppers are to benefit most from these mortgages with rates starting from 5.39%.
Saffron intermediary low deposit mortgage highlights include:
- A 2 year fix for 95% LTV for first time buyers at 5.79% (fees of £495).
- A 2 year fix for 95% LTV for second steppers at 5.39% (fees of £495).
In addition various other 2 year fixed rate mortgages have been added to the lender's range.
For those with a 15% deposit a 85% LTV is available at 4.39% and for 80% LTV the rate is 3.99%. For longer term security Saffron has released a 10 year fixed rate mortgage at 4.89% with a £995 fee.
There are no early repayment charges on any of the lender's new low deposit mortgages.
