Monmouthshire BS launches a new remortgage range.
The Monmouthshire Building Society has announced the launch of a new range of 2 year fixed remortgage products.
In the lender’s refreshed remortgage range is fee free a 2 year fix for 80% LTV at 2.58% which comes with free legals and a free standard valuation.
A lower rate deal is on offer for the same LTV at 2.31%, however this deal comes with an £845 product fee. The same incentives of a free valuation and free legals is also on offer.
If you are looking to purchase a home then a 2 year fix with a £845 fee is available at 2.19%.
The downside to the Monmouthshire mortgage offers is the fact deals are limited to Wales.
