Chorley BS launch competitive mortgage rates for up to 90 per cent LTV.
Three new exclusive products offering highly competitive mortgage rates, have been launched by the Chorley Building Society and Paradigm.
Available initially for a limited period only, the lender is offering 3 year fixed mortgage rates for the purchase of residential property for up to 90 per cent loan to value at 4.74 per cent.
A 2 year buy to let mortgage deal is to be made available for new property purchase for 80 per cent loan to value at a rate of 4.99 per cent, and a 2 year buy to let remortgage deal for the same loan to value is also to be offered at a rate of 4.99 per cent.
A spokesperson from Paradigm commented on the intended product launch advising that their priority has been to focus on working with UK lenders, to come up with mortgage product exclusives which will be available through the broker channel. Individuals will not be able to directly access these products and so will need to apply through brokers such as Deal Direct.
Chorley Building Society products are to be offered for a trial period only. Those interested in securing a deal are urged to apply a soon as possible to avoid disappointment as the products launched, could quickly become over subscribed.
