Best buy mortgage rates launched by the Norwich and Peterborough.
A new range of best buy mortgage rates has been launched by the Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.
Included in the new best buy mortgage rates range is the Norwich & Peterborough’s lowest ever 3 year fixed rate mortgage.
A 3 year fixed rate is being offered at 2.99 per cent which is available with a £795 arrangement fee, a low fee version is also available at 3.09 per cent with an arrangement fee of £295.
Norwich & Peterborough complete their new range with a low fee 2 year fixed mortgage rate offered at 2.94 per cent, an arrangement fee of £295 will be charged.
All three mortgage products are available to those with a 25 per cent deposit.
Commenting on the lender's new deals, Richard Barker who is the Mortgage Product Manager for the Norwich & Peterborough, said that N & P are excited to announce the product launch. The lender believes that it offers competitive rates over various terms with fees at low levels which have been designed to suit all borrowers.
He added that since the lender's merger with the Yorkshire Building Society, N & P have been looking to develop their mortgage portfolio to offer more competitive products.
Norwich & Peterborough say it understands that some home-owners want a low fee mortgage option, while others are more keen to achieve low mortgage rates. It believes that the new range reflects all customer needs in the short term.
