NatWest cuts 5 year fixed rates to new lows – call 0800 048 8828 for a quote.
NatWest Intermediary Solutions has announced that its 5 year fixed rates are down in price. Due to a fall in swap rates the lender has decided to reduce its rates by up to 0.39%.
For borrowers with a 40% deposit the lender is offering a 5 year deal for 60% LTV at 2.99%. Fees on this deal are charged at £995, however a fee free mortgage is on offer at 3.44%.
Rates are also down on the lender's 5 year deals for 70% LTV, a rate of 3.54% is offered fee free and for those willing to pay a fee of £995 a lower rate of 3.25% is available.
Lower deposit buyers are also to benefit as the lender has cuts its Help to Buy mortgage rates, 2 and 5 year fixed rates are now down 0.2%.
