New discounted mortgage launched by L&G.
In partnership with Darlington Building Society, Legal & General Mortgage Club have launched a new mortgage with a discounted rate.
The new loan is available until the end of September 2019 and is available at a discounted SVR of 2.24% for up to 90% LTV. This rate reverts to 5.70% at the end of the discount period. Fees are applicable.
Other conditions include a requirement for the loan to fall between a minimum of £1,000 and a maximum of £400,000 for between 80.1% and 90% LTV.
