BM Solutions announces the launch of a new 2 year fixed mortgage range.
BM Solutions has launched various new 2 year products with mortgage rates starting from 2.09%. Both fixed and tracker deals are included in the new range.
A 2 year tracker is on offer at 2.09% which is a special rate for applicants with a 40% deposit who use BM conveyancing. Applicants appointing their own conveyancer are offered a rate of 2.24%.
For those with a smaller deposit a deal is on offer for 75% LTV at 2.94%, once again this is for those who us the conveyancing service, and 3.09% is offered for those who do not.
Fixed rate deals start at 2.19%, this rate is on offer for applicants with a 40% deposit who use the conveyancing service and 2.34% for those who don't.
A 75% LTV deal has also been launched at 3.04% or 3.19% depending on whether or not the applicant uses the conveyancing service.
