The Halifax has launched various new mortgages with £500 cashback for home movers and first-time buyers.
All of those applicants who meet the Halifax first time buyer and home mover mortgage criteria, will now be offered £500 on completion of their deal.
There is a date limit to this offer which is Sunday 03 May, applications must be made before this time.
In addition to offering £500 cashback to qualifying applicants, the lender has also recently announced rate reductions to make home-ownership more affordable.
Range highlights include:
- A 5 year fix for up to 60% LTV available at 2.59% with a £495 fee.
- A 5 year fix for up to 75% LTV available at 3.34% with a £495 fee.
