Reduced mortgage rates and fee free deals from Santander.
Santander's mortgage rates have been reduced range wide. In addition the lender has also launched several new booking fee free mortgage deals.
From 16 September a new range of remortgage products will be available through intermediaries which come with no booking fee.
Booking fee free mortgage highlights include:
- A 2 year fixed remortgage for 60% LTV at 2.44%.
- A 5 year fixed rate mortgage for 70% LTV at 2.99%.
The lender's Help to Buy mortgage rates have also been cut, as well as various other deals in its standard residential range.
Would-be buyers looking for a Help to Buy mortgage will now find the Santander range 0.05% cheaper.
Help to Buy highlights include:
- A 2 year fixed rate mortgage at 3.24%
- A 5 year fixed rate mortgage at 3.44%.
- A 2 year tracker mortgage at 3.24%.
All deals are booking fee free.
In its standard range, its lifetime tracker for up to 75% LTV has been reduced by 0.2% to 2.49%, a fee of £495 will be charged on this deal. For those with a larger 40% deposit a 2 year tracker is on offer at 2.09% with a fee set at £995.
