TSB announces the launch of a high LTV remortgage range.
TSB has launched a new remortgage range for homeowners with smaller equity levels.
Remortgaging homeowners of between 10and 15% in equity, will now have access to a new range of fixed rate remortgage products with rates starting from 2.59%.
Range highlights include a 2 year fixed rate remortgage for between 85-90% LTV, at 3.19% which is a 0.1% rate reduction. The product fee on this deal is £995, a fee free option is available at 3.59%.
